A term I coined in 2018 while working with a client, "happy full" describes that post-meal bliss that lasts hours after eating.
Happy full is YOUR optimal state of being. It's when your gut (digestion) and brain are in sync, and your taste buds feel pretty good too. It's when your food nourishes you, fuels you to stay focused all day, AND gets you excited about your next meal.
